Accessibility statement

Last updated:

This statement applies to the AutoElite platform and was prepared in accordance with Romanian Law No. 156/2020 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications, applied here as good practice for a consumer-facing service, as well as with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

1. Identity of the operator

The operator of this platform, within the meaning of Law No. 156/2020, is:

[Legal name — to be completed]
Tax ID (CUI): [Tax ID — to be completed]
Registered office: [Registered address — to be completed]

2. Conformance status

This site is PARTIALLY CONFORMANT with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard — the non-conformities known at the time of the last update to this statement are listed in the next section. This statement describes the actual state found through internal audits, not a goal or an intention.

3. Non-accessible content

Based on the most recent internal audit (September 1, 2026), the following non-conformities are known and being remediated:

  • Automated accessibility test (axe-core) coverage in continuous integration does not yet cover every public route and most of the back-office admin sections — a regression on those pages could go undetected.
  • The dark-mode contrast and native-element fix for the appointments calendar (react-big-calendar) has been applied in code but has not yet been confirmed with a real dark-mode screenshot.
  • Some clickable areas in reused filter/checkbox lists may still fall under the recommended 24×24px threshold on pages that have not been individually re-checked.
  • No formal external accessibility evaluation (e.g. following the WCAG-EM methodology) has been carried out yet; current conformance is based on internal static code audits.

4. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared based on an internal self-assessment (static source-code audit, automated axe-core/Lighthouse checks and manual contrast calculations) carried out by the development team. Three rounds of internal audit took place, on June 13, 2026, June 20, 2026 and September 1, 2026; each round also verified the remediation of findings from the previous round.

TODO — to be completed by the operator

A formal evaluation, carried out by an independent third party or following a certified methodology (e.g. WCAG-EM), has not yet been scheduled.

5. Feedback and contact details
